Privacy Policy.
SoulFuel is made by Wellspark Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains, in plain language, what data the SoulFuel app collects, why we collect it, who processes it, and how you can delete it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we never sell your data, and you can delete everything yourself, in the app, at any time.
What we collect
Account information
When you create an account we use Firebase Authentication. Depending on how you sign in — email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google sign-in — we collect your email address and the authentication identifiers those providers give us (a unique user ID, and for social sign-in, basic profile data such as your name if the provider shares it). We never see or store your password in readable form; Firebase Authentication handles credentials.
Your content and activity
To make the app work, we store the things you create and do in it:
- Saved drops — daily content you bookmark or save.
- Journal entries — text you write in the app.
- Mood selections — the moods and preferences you pick so content can match where you are.
- Track progress — which guided programs you've started, your day-by-day progress, and streaks.
This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, tied to your account, and used only to run the app for you.
Subscription status
If you subscribe, the purchase is processed by Apple's App Store, with subscription management by Superwall. We receive your subscription status (active, trial, expired) so the app knows what to unlock. We never receive your payment details — no card numbers, no billing address. Apple keeps those.
What we don't collect
- No advertising identifiers, and no third-party ad trackers.
- No location tracking.
- No contact list, photos, or microphone access.
- No remote marketing push notifications — daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device.
How we use your data
- To run the app — sign you in, sync your saved drops, journal, and progress across your devices.
- To personalize your content — your daily drops are generated using Google's Gemini API. We send mood and preference signals (for example, the mood you selected today and your chosen tone) to generate content that fits you. No user-identifying data — no name, email, or account ID — is included in these prompts.
- To unlock what you've paid for — check subscription status.
- To help you — respond when you contact support.
We do not sell your personal data, we do not show ads, and we do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
Third-party processors
We use a small set of service providers to run SoulFuel. Each receives only what it needs:

Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so the app keeps working for you. When you delete your account, we delete your data.
Delete everything, yourself, in the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data — saved drops, journal entries, mood history, and track progress — from our systems. This cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app, email support@soulfuelapp.com from your account email and we'll delete your account for you. Note that deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account, and subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store settings.
Children
SoulFuel is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at support@soulfuelapp.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continued use of SoulFuel after a change means you accept the updated policy.
