Quick answers
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they're managed in your Apple account, not inside SoulFuel:

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your nameSubscriptionsSoulFuel. From there you can switch plans or cancel. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I re-installed the app (or got a new phone). How do I restore my purchases?

Sign in with the same account you originally used, then go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. If your subscription still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all of your data — saved drops, journal entries, mood history, and track progress. It cannot be undone.

Two things to know: deleting the app alone does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in your Apple subscription settings. If you can't access the app, email us from your account email and we'll delete it for you.

How do I change my daily reminder time?

Go to Settings → Reminders in the app and pick the time that works for you. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — if they're not arriving, check that notifications are allowed for SoulFuel in your iPhone's Settings, and that Focus modes aren't silencing them.

How do I switch tone modes?

SoulFuel can speak to you in different tones, so your daily drops match the voice that actually reaches you. Go to Settings → Tone to switch modes at any time — your streaks, saved drops, and track progress all carry over. Try a different one for a few days; the right voice makes a real difference.
